The listings:
1. The BASE files.
-[tu - basic text utilities]- (part of the BASE level)
-[tf - basic FILE utilities]- (part of the BASE level)
-[toks - string/line parsing and de-quoter]- (part of the BASE level)
2. Applications (apps) and Utilities (utils).
NOTE: While many applications don't depend on osy (the dos/unix I/F)
including osy.h can sometimes be useful for things like SDATE
(sort date; ie, YYYYMMDD) and such.
